Rétrospective de la fin de saison et nouvelle saison qui commence...

Les journées trop courtes, 1001 choses à faire, soucis informatiques...... ont fait que ce blog n'a pu être mis à jour en temps et en heure, et je m'en excuse. Je vais essayer que cela ne se reproduisent plus pour cette nouvelle saison qui vient de débuter.

Alors voici un petit récapitulatif de la fin de saison 2010 :

• Pour commencer, les résultats des championnats de France grand bassin de Saint Raphaël (du 13 au 18 avril 2010)
  


• 50 NL : 4ème des séries, 2ème de la finale (21:97) devant Fred BOUSQUET (21:71) et devant Alain Bernard
  


• 100 NL : 6ème des séries (49:69), 1er des 1/2 finales (48:62) et 1er de la finale (48:52) devant Alain Bernard et William Meynard. Fab' ne sait malheureusement pas qualifier sur l'épreuve individuelle du 100NL des championnats d'Europe de Budapest par rapport à la règle des minimas ise en place par la fédé. Fabien est CHAMPION DE FRANCE du 100 NL.
  


• 50 pap : 2ème des séries (23:98) et 2ème de la finale (23:92) derrière Fred Bousquet (23:58) et devant François Heersbrandt
  




• mare nostrum de Canet en Roussillon


• 50NL : 6ème des séries (22:93), 5ème de la finale (22:55)
  


• 100NL : 7ème des séries en 49:96
  


• Open EDF de Paris


• 50NL : 3ème des séries (22:34), 2ème de la finale (21:83) derrière Cielo (21:55) et devant Fred Bousquet (21:95)
  


• 100NL : 1er des séries (48:59) et 1er de la fianle (48:65)

Fab' a participé aux 30èmes championnats d'Europe de natation qui se sont déroulés cet été à Budapest du 9 au 15 août. Il était engagé sur l'épreuve du 50 NL et des relais 4x100 Nl et 4x100 4 nages.

Ces championnats ont commencé dès le 1er jour avec les séries du relais 4x100 NL le matin . Le relais du matin était composé d'Amaury Leveaux (48:59), Boris Steimetz (48:84), William Meynard (48:07) et Fab' (47:62) ont terminé premier en 3:13'12 en établissant un nouveau record des championnats. Nos français terminent devant la Russie et la Suède. Le relais ayant participé à la finale l'après midi même était composé de Fab' (48:47), Yannick Agnel (48:23), William Meynard (47:89) et Alain Bernard (48:70) a terminé en 3:13:26 sur la 2ème marche du podium derrière la Russie (3:12:46, nouveau record des championnats) et devant la Suède (3:15:07).

Ces championnats se sont poursuivis le samedi 14 août avec l'épreuve du 50 NL. Fab' termine 2ème des séries (21:91) derrière Fred Bousquet (21:65). Alain Bernard et Amaury Leveaux termine respectivement 4ème et 5ème mais comme 2 nageurs de chaque nation peuvent prendre part aux 1/2 finales, ils ont malheureusement pas pu être qualifié pour celle ci. Lors de la 1/2 finale, Fab' a bouclé cet aller simple en 21:75, derrière Fred Bousquet(21:36) qui bat le record des championnats. le lendemain après midi (le dimanche 15 août) Fab' a pris part à la finale du 50 NL. Il monte sur la 3ème marche du podium(21:76) derrière Fred Bousquet (21:49)et Nystrand Stefan (21:69).

Mais, ces championnats n'étaient pas tout à fait finis pour Fab', il y avait encore le relais 4x100 4 nages. Les séries ont été nagé par Jérémy Stravius(54:31), Hugues Duboscq (1:00:13), Clément Lefert (52:79) et William Meynard (48:80). Ce relais a terminé 2ème (3:36:03) derrière les Pays Bas(3:36:00) et devant le Royaume Uni(3:37:22). Pour la dernière épreuve de ces championnats, nos relayeurs nous ont offerts une belle médaille. Camille lacourt (52:46), Hugues Duboscq (59:67), Fred Bousquet (51:84) et Fab' (47:35) ont terminé cette épreuve en battant le record des championnats (3:31:32).La Russie (3:33:29) termine 2ème et es pays bas (3:33:99) troisième.

L'équipe de France termine 1ère de ces championnats avec 21 médailles.

Cette nouvelle saison commencera dès ce weekend (les 16 et 17 octobre) avec le meeting arena sprint à Rouen où Fabien est engagé sur 50Nl, 100 NL, 100 pap et avec le relais 4x50 NL (Fab', Grégory Mallet, Romain Magula, Maxime Bussière) et le relais 4x50 4 nages (Joris Desmaret, Giacomo Perez Dortona, Fab' et Grégory Mallet). Suivra le meeting d'automne de Compiègne (22-24 oct), la 5ème étape de coupe du monde à Berlin (30-31 oct), la 6ème étape de coupe du monde à Stockholm (6-7 novembre), les championnats de France en petit bassin à Chartres (3-5 décembre) et les championnats du monde en petit bassin à Dubaï (15-19 décembre).

Open EDF of Paris

Fab' took part in the 30th championships european swimming which were held this summer in Budapest of the from August 9th to 15th. It was engaged on the 50 freestyle and the relay 4x100 freestyle and 4x100 4 medley.

These championships started as of the 1st day with the heats of the relay 4x100 freestyle the morning. The relay of the morning was composed of Amaury Leveaux (48: 59), Boris Steimetz (48: 84), William Meynard (48: 07) and Fab' (47: 62) finished first in 3:13 ' 12 by establishing a new record of the championships. Our French team finishes in front of Russia and Sweden. The relay having taken part in the finale after midday even was composed of Fab' (48: 47), Yannick Agnel (48: 23), William Meynard (47: 89) and Alain Bernard (48: 70) finished in 3:13: 26 on the 2nd step of the podium behind Russia (3: 12: 46, new record of the championships) and in front of Sweden (3: 15: 07).

These championships continued on Saturday, August 14 with the heats of the 50 freestyle. Fab' finishes 2nd of the heats (21: 91) behind Fred Bousquet (21: 65). Alain Bernard and Amaury Leveaux finishes respectively 4th and 5th but as 2 swimmers of each nation can take share with the 1/2 finales, they unfortunately could not be qualified for that ½ fianles. At the time of the 1/2 finale, Fab' buckled this one-way ticket in 21:75, behind Fred Bousquet (21: 36) which beats the record of the championships. the following day after midday (on Sunday, August 15) Fab' took share with the finale of the 50 NL. It goes up on the 3rd walk of the podium (21: 76) behind Fred Bousquet (21: 49) and Nystrand Stefan (21: 69).

But, these championships were not completely finished for Fab', there was still the relay 4x100 4 strokes. The series were swum by Jérémy Stravius (54: 31), Hugues Duboscq (1: 00: 13), Clement Lefert (52: 79) and William Meynard (48: 80). This relay finished 2nd (3: 36: 03) behind the Netherlands (3: 36: 00) and in front of the United Kingdom (3: 37: 22). For the last test of these championships, our relay runners offered a beautiful medal to us. Camille lacourt (52: 46), Hugues Duboscq (59: 67), Fred Bousquet (51: 84) and Fab' (47: 35) finished this test by beating the record of the championships (3: 31: 32). Russia (3: 33: 29) finishes 2nd and are the Netherlands (3: 33: 99) third.
The French team finishes 1st these championships with 21 medals.

This new season will start as of this weekend (October 16th and 17th) with the meeting arena sprint in Rouen where Fabien is engaged on 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 100 butterfly and with the relay 4x50 freestyle (Fab', Grégory Mallet, Romain Magula, Maxime Bussière) and the relay 4x50 medley (Joris Desmaret, Giacomo Perez Dortona, Fab' and Grégory Mallet). Then the meeting of autumn of Compiegne (22 October 24th), the Swimming World Cup serie 5 in Berlin (30 October 31st), the Swimming World Cup serie 6 in Stockholm (6 November 7th), the short championships of France in Chartres (3 December 5th) and the world championships 25m in Dubai (15 December 19th).

Mieux vaut tard que jamais

La semaine de travail fait 35 heures et les journées ne durent que 24heures. Avec tout ça, je n'ai pas réussi à trouver le temps de mettre à jour ce blog et j'en suis désolé. Je profites donc de cet instant de tranquillité pour le faire.

A noter que ce début de saison a été difficile pour Fabien. En effet, il s'est fait opérer des amygdales en début de saison. De ce fait, sa reprise a été retardé. Il a donc décidé de ne participer ni aux Championnats de France en petit bassin (du 4 au 6 décembre 2009 à Chartres) ni aux championnats d'Europe en petit bassin (du 10 au 13 décembre 2009 à Istanbul) estimant qu'il n'avait pas pu atteindre le niveau suffisant pour participer à ces compétitions.

It should be noted that this beginning of the season was difficult for Fabien. Indeed, it was made operate amygdalae at the beginning of season. So its recovery was delayed. In this weekend

Retour en arrière et regard vers l'avenir...

Désolé de ne mettre à jour le blog que maintenant mais certains événements ne m'ont pas permis de le faire avant.

Revenons d'abord sur les championnats du monde qui se sont déroulés du 26 juillet au 2 août 2009 au Foro Italico à Rome.
L'épreuve à laquelle participait Fab', le relais 4x100 NL, a eu lieu le premier jour.
Engagé dans la 4ème série, le relais français (Amaury LEVEAUX, Grégory MALLET, William MEYNARD et Fab') a terminé premier de sa série en 3:11:38. Fabien termine le relais avec un 100m conclut en 47:12. Au classement général, nos français terminent 2ème, derrière les brésiliens qui, emmenés par Cesar CIELO FILHO battent le record des championnats en 3:11:26. Les Etats Unis, quant à eux finissent 4ème au classement général, derrière la Grande Bretagne, en 3:11:64. A l'issue des 5 séries, les qualifiés étaient : Brésil, Fance, Grande Bretagne, Etats Unis, Italie, Afrique du sud, Australie et Russie.
Lors de la finale, notre relais français (Fab', Alain Bernard, Grégory Mallet, Frédérick Bousquet) s'est élancé de la ligne 5 entouré des brésiliens et des américains (Michael PHEPLS, Ryan LOCHTE, Mattew GREVERS et Nathan ADRIAN). Fab' a lancé ce relais en 47:73, touchant le mur avant Michael PHEPLS (47:78).
Les américains ont terminé ce relais les premiers en 3:09:21, battant au passage le record des championnats. Les français terminent 3ème en 3:09:89 derrière la Russie. Le Brésil qui avait battu le record des championnats le matin même finit 4ème.

Le séjour romain s'est terminé par une soirée à l'ambassade de France à Rome.

Après des vacances bien méritées, les entrainements ont repris et les compétitions vont bientôt être d'actualités. Le point d'orgue de cette saison étant les championnats d'Europe en grand bassin. Voici quelques dates à retenir :

Sorry to update the blog only now but certain events didn't allow to me to do it before.
Let us return at first on the world championships which took place from July 26th till August 2nd, 2009 in Foro Italico in Rome.
The course in which Fab' took part, the relay 4x100 freestyle, took place the first day.
Engaged in the 4th series, the French relay (Amaury LEVEAUX, Grégory MALLET, William MEYNARD and Fab') finished first of their heats in 3:11: 38. Fabien finishes the relay with in 100m concludes in 47:12. In the general classification, our French finishes 2nd, behind the Brazilian ones who, taken along by Cesar CIELO FILHO beat the record of the championships in 3:11: 26. The United States, as for them finishes 4th in the general classification, behind the United Kingdom, in 3:11: 64. At the conclusion of the 5 series, qualified were: Brazil, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, South Africa, Australia and Russia.
At the time of the finale, our French relay (Fab', Alain Bernard, Grégory Mallet, Frédérick Bousquet) sprang line 5 surrounded of Brazilian and American (Michael PHEPLS, Ryan LOCHTE, Mattew GREVERS and Nathan ADRIAN). Fab' launched this relay in 47:73, getting the wall before Michael PHEPLS (47: 78).
The Americans finished this relay the first in 3:09: 21, beating the record of the championships. French finishes 3rd in 3:09: 89 behind Russia. Brazil which had beaten the record of the championships the morning even finishes 4th.

After well deserved holidays, the trainings began started and the competitions soon will be current events. The point of organ of this season being championships of Europe in large basin. Here some dates to be retained:

Championnats du Monde 2009

Voilà, l'Open de Paris et les jeux Méd sont passés. Nous voici dans la dernière ligne droite vers les championnats du monde à Rome.
Les 35 nageurs de l'équipe de France et leurs entraineurs sont réunis depuis le 16 juillet à Castres pour le dernier stage de préparation. Le vendredi 17 juillet était une journée consacrée aux médias.
L'équipe de France s'envolera le 23 juillet en direction de Rome. Les épreuves auront lieu du dimanche 26 juillet au dimanche 2 août au Foro Italico à Rome.

Soyez nombreux à suivre ces championnats et à encourager notre équipe de France.

Here we are, Open of Paris and Mediterranean games are passed. We here is in the final straight line towards world championships in Rome.
35 swimmers of the French team and their trainersare brought together since July 16th in Castre for the last training course of preparation. On Friday, July 17th was a day dedicated to the media.
The French team will fly away on July 23rd in the direction of Rome. The events will take place from Sunday, July 26th till Sunday, August 2nd in Foro Italico in Rome.

Are many to follow these championships and to encourage our French team.

3ème Open EDF de Paris

Ce weekend, du vendredi 19 juin au dimanche 21 juin se déroule le 3ème Open EDF de Paris sur le très beau site de la Croix Catelan. L'Open c'est 296 nageurs inscrits, venant de 28 pays (dont les Etats Unis et l'Australie...) pour 34 épreuves. En résumé, l'Open de Paris est un très beau spectacle.

Fab', faisant parti de l'équipe de France qualifiée pour les jeux méditerranéens de Pescara ainsi que pour les championnats du monde de Rome, y participera. Il est engagé sur 3 épreuves de NL :50, 100 et 200. Fab' devrait surement prendre par au relais 4x100NL.

Et pour les personnes qui n'ont pas eu le temps de réserver leurs places, une billetterie sera ouverte sur place.

This weekend, from Friday, June 19th to Sunday, June 21st takes place the 3rd Open EDF of Paris on the very beautiful site of "La Croix Catelan". Open it is 296 registered swimmers, coming from 28 countries (of which the United States and Australia…) for 34 tests. In summary, the Open of Paris is a very beautiful spectacle.

Fab', being part of the French team qualified for the Mediterranean plays of Pescara as well as for the world championships of Rome, will take part in it. He is engaged on 3 tests of freestyle: 50, 100 and 200. Fab' should surely take by with the relay 4x100freestyle.

And for the people who did not have time to reserve their places, a box office will be opened on the spot.

Voici un article du journal l'Equipe paru le 12/06 après la victoire de Fab' la veille sur 100m NL lors de l'étape du Mare Nostrum de Canet en Roussillon.
