Les 24 et 25 octobre 2009 a lieu le meeting Arena de Rouen. Fab' et quelques nageurs du CN Marseille y participent.

On October 24th and 25th 2009 takes place the Arena meeting of Rouen. Fab' and some swimmers of CN Marseilles take part in it.
Here the courses to which Fab' is committed:

Retour en arrière et regard vers l'avenir...

Désolé de ne mettre à jour le blog que maintenant mais certains événements ne m'ont pas permis de le faire avant.

Revenons d'abord sur les championnats du monde qui se sont déroulés du 26 juillet au 2 août 2009 au Foro Italico à Rome.
L'épreuve à laquelle participait Fab', le relais 4x100 NL, a eu lieu le premier jour.
Engagé dans la 4ème série, le relais français (Amaury LEVEAUX, Grégory MALLET, William MEYNARD et Fab') a terminé premier de sa série en 3:11:38. Fabien termine le relais avec un 100m conclut en 47:12. Au classement général, nos français terminent 2ème, derrière les brésiliens qui, emmenés par Cesar CIELO FILHO battent le record des championnats en 3:11:26. Les Etats Unis, quant à eux finissent 4ème au classement général, derrière la Grande Bretagne, en 3:11:64. A l'issue des 5 séries, les qualifiés étaient : Brésil, Fance, Grande Bretagne, Etats Unis, Italie, Afrique du sud, Australie et Russie.
Lors de la finale, notre relais français (Fab', Alain Bernard, Grégory Mallet, Frédérick Bousquet) s'est élancé de la ligne 5 entouré des brésiliens et des américains (Michael PHEPLS, Ryan LOCHTE, Mattew GREVERS et Nathan ADRIAN). Fab' a lancé ce relais en 47:73, touchant le mur avant Michael PHEPLS (47:78).
Les américains ont terminé ce relais les premiers en 3:09:21, battant au passage le record des championnats. Les français terminent 3ème en 3:09:89 derrière la Russie. Le Brésil qui avait battu le record des championnats le matin même finit 4ème.

Le séjour romain s'est terminé par une soirée à l'ambassade de France à Rome.

Après des vacances bien méritées, les entrainements ont repris et les compétitions vont bientôt être d'actualités. Le point d'orgue de cette saison étant les championnats d'Europe en grand bassin. Voici quelques dates à retenir :

- Championnats d'Europe en grand bassin à Budapest (Hongrie) du 9 au 15 août 2010.

Sorry to update the blog only now but certain events didn't allow to me to do it before.
Let us return at first on the world championships which took place from July 26th till August 2nd, 2009 in Foro Italico in Rome.
The course in which Fab' took part, the relay 4x100 freestyle, took place the first day.
Engaged in the 4th series, the French relay (Amaury LEVEAUX, Grégory MALLET, William MEYNARD and Fab') finished first of their heats in 3:11: 38. Fabien finishes the relay with in 100m concludes in 47:12. In the general classification, our French finishes 2nd, behind the Brazilian ones who, taken along by Cesar CIELO FILHO beat the record of the championships in 3:11: 26. The United States, as for them finishes 4th in the general classification, behind the United Kingdom, in 3:11: 64. At the conclusion of the 5 series, qualified were: Brazil, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, South Africa, Australia and Russia.
At the time of the finale, our French relay (Fab', Alain Bernard, Grégory Mallet, Frédérick Bousquet) sprang line 5 surrounded of Brazilian and American (Michael PHEPLS, Ryan LOCHTE, Mattew GREVERS and Nathan ADRIAN). Fab' launched this relay in 47:73, getting the wall before Michael PHEPLS (47: 78).
The Americans finished this relay the first in 3:09: 21, beating the record of the championships. French finishes 3rd in 3:09: 89 behind Russia. Brazil which had beaten the record of the championships the morning even finishes 4th.

After well deserved holidays, the trainings began started and the competitions soon will be current events. The point of organ of this season being championships of Europe in large basin. Here some dates to be retained:

Il a été créé pour encourager Fab', pour faire ce que les médias et la Fédé ne font pas, c'est à dire avoir de la reconnaissance envers un des grands nageurs de l'équipe de France qui lui aussi consacre sa vie à la natation, en mettant parfois ses études entre parenthèses. Championnats du Monde 2009

Voilà, l'Open de Paris et les jeux Méd sont passés. Nous voici dans la dernière ligne droite vers les championnats du monde à Rome.
Les 35 nageurs de l'équipe de France et leurs entraineurs sont réunis depuis le 16 juillet à Castres pour le dernier stage de préparation. Le vendredi 17 juillet était une journée consacrée aux médias.
L'équipe de France s'envolera le 23 juillet en direction de Rome. Les épreuves auront lieu du dimanche 26 juillet au dimanche 2 août au Foro Italico à Rome.

Soyez nombreux à suivre ces championnats et à encourager notre équipe de France.

Here we are, Open of Paris and Mediterranean games are passed. We here is in the final straight line towards world championships in Rome.
35 swimmers of the French team and their trainersare brought together since July 16th in Castre for the last training course of preparation. On Friday, July 17th was a day dedicated to the media.
The French team will fly away on July 23rd in the direction of Rome. The events will take place from Sunday, July 26th till Sunday, August 2nd in Foro Italico in Rome.

Are many to follow these championships and to encourage our French team.

3ème Open EDF de Paris

Ce weekend, du vendredi 19 juin au dimanche 21 juin se déroule le 3ème Open EDF de Paris sur le très beau site de la Croix Catelan. L'Open c'est 296 nageurs inscrits, venant de 28 pays (dont les Etats Unis et l'Australie...) pour 34 épreuves. En résumé, l'Open de Paris est un très beau spectacle.

Fab', faisant parti de l'équipe de France qualifiée pour les jeux méditerranéens de Pescara ainsi que pour les championnats du monde de Rome, y participera. Il est engagé sur 3 épreuves de NL :50, 100 et 200. Fab' devrait surement prendre par au relais 4x100NL.

Et pour les personnes qui n'ont pas eu le temps de réserver leurs places, une billetterie sera ouverte sur place.

This weekend, from Friday, June 19th to Sunday, June 21st takes place the 3rd Open EDF of Paris on the very beautiful site of "La Croix Catelan". Open it is 296 registered swimmers, coming from 28 countries (of which the United States and Australia…) for 34 tests. In summary, the Open of Paris is a very beautiful spectacle.

Fab', being part of the French team qualified for the Mediterranean plays of Pescara as well as for the world championships of Rome, will take part in it. He is engaged on 3 tests of freestyle: 50, 100 and 200. Fab' should surely take by with the relay 4x100freestyle.

And for the people who did not have time to reserve their places, a box office will be opened on the spot.

Des petites nouvelles....

Il y a un peu plus d'un mois, se déroulaient à Montpellier les championnats de France où Fab' avait gagné sa qualification pour les championnats du monde.

Mais, que se passe t'il depuis????

Depuis le 1er juin, Fab' et le Cercle des Nageurs de Marseille sont en stage à Canet en Roussillon avant de partir en compétition. En effet, le calendrier du mois de juin est bien chargé :
- du 6 au 7 juin 1ère étape du mare nostrum à Barcelone
- du 9 au 11 juin 2ème étape du mare nostrum à Canet en Roussillon
- le 14 juin : meeting international de Carcassonne
- du 19 au 21 juin : 3ème Open EDF à Paris
- du 27 juin au 1er juillet : 16ème jeux méditerranéens à Pescara (Italie)

Alors, restez aux bords des bassins si vous souhaitez voir Fab' en action.....

A little more than a month ago, took place in Montpelier the French championships where Fab ' had won its qualification for world championships.
But, what is you there since????

Since June 1st, Fab ' and the Circle of the Swimmers of Marseille belongs in training course to Canet in Roussillon before leaving for competition. Indeed, the calendar of June is quite charged:
- from June 6th to 7th mare nostrum in Barcelona
- from June 9th to 11th mare nostrum in Canet en Roussillon
- on June 14th: international meeting of Carcassonne
- from June 19th to 21st: 3rd Open EDF in Paris
- from June 27th to July 1st: 16th Mediterranean games in Pescara (Italy)
Then, stay in the edges of ponds if you wish to see Fab ' in action(share).....

Aujourd'hui, lundi 27 avril 2009, c'est l'anniversaire de Fab'. Il fête ses 25 ans. Souhaitons lui beaucoup de bonheur et de réussite dans tous les domaines.

Le dernier jour des championnats

Lors de cette dernière journée de ces championnats de France, Fabien a nagé le 50 NL.
séries : 6ème en 22:46
1/2 finale : 2ème en 21:81
finale : 4ème en 21:65
Dès les 1/2 finales, Fab' a amélioré son meilleur chrono qui était de 21:97.

La finale du 50 dos a clôturé des championnats de France exceptionnels : 2 records du monde, 3 records d'Europe et 35 records de France. Le CN Marseille termine en tête de ces championnats avec 13 médailles d'or, 1 d'argent et 5 de bronze. Iront à Rome : 9 nageurs français, 1 nageur s'entrainant à Marseille mais étant licencié dans un autre club et 3 nageurs étrangers s'entrainant au CN Marseille. Le sprint est en très grande forme au CN. En effet, les marseillais représentent plus de la moitié du relais 4x100 NL qui est en effet composé de 4 marseillais (Fab', Fred Bousquet, Greg Mallet et William Meynard)

On pourra revoir Fab' lors de l'Open de Paris (du 19 au 21 juin 2009), aux jeux méditerranéens à Pescara en Italie (du 27 au 30 juin 2009) et lors des championnats du monde à Rome (du 27 juillet au 2 août 2009).

From 1/2 final, Fab ' improved his best stopwatch which was of 21:97.

Finale of 50 backstroke enclosed exceptional French championships: 2 world records, 3 records of Europe and 35 records of France. CN Marseille finishes at the head of these championships with 13 golden medals, 1 of silver and 5 of bronze. Will go to Rome: 9 French swimmers, 1 swimmer involving himself in Marseille but being dismissed in another club and 3 foreign swimmers involving themself in CN Marseille. The sprint is in very great form in the CN. Indeed, the marseillais represent more half of the relay 4x100 freestyle which indeed consists of 4 marseillais(Fab ', Fred Bousquet, Greg Mallet and William Meynard).

We can see again Fab ' during Open of Paris (fromJune 19th to 21st 2009), in the Mediterranean games to Pescara in Italy (from June 27th to 30th 2009) and during world championships in Rome (from July 27th to August 2nd, 2009).
